Last Friday we decided to see if we could find a beach which you could walk on. We had heard if you went east the barrier islands stopped and the beach was accessible from the shore. Off we went heading east to Manta Rota then south to the Atlantic. We found a parking lot and a long wooden walkway in good repair. The following is the beach which reminded all of us of Fripp Island.
